Behavior Research Company Updates

We are in the throes of ironing ancient bugs out of the ordering and shipping procedure — soon things will be much more efficient. By May 16 we will be able to take orders from repeat customers (in good standing) via e-mail as a stop-gap before our store goes online in June. At that time, we will be able to accept multiple forms of payment.

The catalog is being streamlined as part of this process. By May 6th we are going to allow lot sizes other than 100-count and 500-count for charts. If you have suggestions or ideas about ways that you have always wished we could serve you, please e-mail those to may-2005@behaviorresearchcompany.com. Don’t be shocked when that e-mail address begins to bounce on 01-June-2005!

Welcome to the home of Behavior Research Company! Over the next several months, we will be unrolling a steady list of goals and timelines for our new Internet presence, which will include our history, a directory of online resources, an online store, a streamlined catalog, new products, the reintroduction of legacy products, tutorials, partnerships, and a new way of doing business with BRCo.
